We're in the processing of reworking our whole computer system and online portion, and it's a pretty exciting time for us.
We're getting a whole new system in the office, a new CMS program to run the website, and a new design - lots of new things, and changes that are definitely for the better.
Our old website set up had some problems with load balancing, so now we're setting up a new system that helps to spread the processing and communications activity across the whole network, so none of our individual set-ups get overwhelmed or - the horror - crash!
The amount of crashes we used to have to deal with was ridiculous, some service providers seem to really not know what they're doing. A word of advice to anyone signing up for networking or web help - check your company out first, get one that will take the time to know what you need!
